Series 700 Isolation Valves

Bonnet Style Gauge Cocks – 4000 lbs. at 100°F or 1700 lbs at 600°F

Series 700 Isolation Valves

The Series 700 Gauge Cocks have Drop Forged Steel Bodies, Stainless Steel Trim, Screwed Renewable Seat and Safety Ball Checks to shut off the flow automatically if the glass should break. The ball can be omitted upon request. The various types of connections that are available make them adaptable for most piping requirements.

The special Offset feature was designed to facilitate easy cleaning of the inside of the gauge. The drain and vent connections are in a direct line with the gauge liquid chamber and are offset 7/8″ from the center line of the vessel connection. It is possible to clean the inside of an end connected gauge through the drain and vent connections without removing the gauge from service.

The union gauge connections when used on end connected gauges makes it possible to turn the gauge to any desired angle for the most convenient visibility; when connected to the side of the gauge, it is possible to mount the gauge in an inclined position at any desirable angle.

The union vessel connections makes installation easier and provides access to the ball check.

Gauge cocks furnished with Handwheel operation.
